We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Gold Canyon, AZ. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in providing technical support for our products and services. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, and providing timely and effective solutions. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer systems, software, and networking. This is an in-office role, and the selected candidate will be expected to work from our office located at 8158 E Apache Plumb Dr, Gold Canyon, AZ 85118. We offer a competitive salary range of $74,000 to $92,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
- Provide technical support for products and services via various communication channels
- Identify and document root causes of technical issues and implement fixes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles and documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a high level of service
- Meet and exceed customer service and technical support targets
- Work closely with other teams to improve product quality and customer experience
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions
